HelpHero Pro - Protecting Children Online
HelpHero Pro is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, with particular attention to protecting children from harm. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. This document outlines our standards, policies, and procedures for preventing, detecting, and responding to such content and behavior.
CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal worldwide and strictly prohibited on HelpHero Pro.
HelpHero Pro maintains a zero tolerance policy for CSAE and CSAM. Any user found to be engaging in, promoting, sharing, or attempting to share such content or behavior will be immediately and permanently banned from our platform. We will also report such incidents to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Immediate Actions Taken:
We employ automated systems and human moderators to detect and remove harmful content. All user-generated content is subject to review, and we use advanced technology to identify potentially harmful material.
We provide multiple in-app mechanisms for users to report suspicious behavior or content. All reports are reviewed immediately by our safety team.
All users must agree to our community guidelines, which explicitly prohibit CSAE and CSAM. Violations result in immediate account termination.
