Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from HelpHero Pro. This includes your profile, posts, recognitions, messages, and all other associated information.

How to Request Account Deletion

We'll send you a secure deletion confirmation link to your email address.

Confirm Deletion

Click the confirmation link in the email to permanently delete your account. The link will expire in 24 hours.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, bio, etc.)
  • All posts and content you've created
  • All recognitions you've given or received
  • All comments you've made
  • All messages and conversations
  • Your notifications
  • Your discount requests
  • Your hall of fame entries
  • Your reports and moderation history
  • All other account-related data

Data Retention Period

Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. There is no retention period - the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Important Notes

  • The deletion link in your email will expire after 24 hours
  • If you don't confirm within 24 hours, you'll need to request a new link
  • You can cancel the deletion by simply not clicking the confirmation link
